As a Family Engagement Assistant, you will:

• Transport children and parents to needed services.
• Provide supportive contact for children and parents within office and community settings, enabling separated families to have safe and productive time together.
• Call family members when youth enter DCF custody to assist in developing a support network for those youth and their families.

• High School diploma or equivalent (minimum age 18). An Associate’s Degree and experience in Human Services is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.
• Own reliable vehicle with insurance meeting our coverage limits.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role, 8am-5pm.

$18 hourly, with additional compensation based on experience.
