Role:
Engineering Co-op supporting systems engineering activities in medical device development at Bayer Healthcare's Indianola, PA location.
- assist with requirements development, lifecycle engineering, and problem-solving across product stages; collaborate with technical teams in office and lab settings to meet project deadlines and address development challenges.
- current enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate engineering program (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials Science, Biomedical);
- completion of sophomore year or higher;
- able to work 40 hours/week;
- proficient in MS Office.
- laboratory experience;
- coursework in medical device development or regulatory affairs;
- strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
- medical devices, lifecycle engineering, cross-functional collaboration, hands-on problem-solving, development stages from existing products to new innovations.
- hybrid;
- no explicit travel requirements.
