Are you an Applications Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer or Technical Support Engineer looking to become a technical expert within a growing engineering business, while developing your commercial skills and progressing your career?

You'll join a growing engineering manufacturer that is expanding its product range and market share, with an employee-focused culture that invests heavily in its people. You'll work alongside experienced National Sales Managers and gain exposure to customers, engineering projects, product development and technical sales, while becoming an expert across the company's product range.

On offer is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll support the sales team from initial enquiry through to project delivery. You will be responsible for providing technical support, developing product specifications and technical documentation, troubleshooting application issues, delivering product demonstrations and training, supporting proposals and working with customers and engineers to develop the right solutions. The role also offers around 30% travel, including customer visits, training and trade shows.

This role would suit an Applications Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Product Support Engineer or technically minded Engineer with 3+ years of technical sales experience looking for extensive training, greater technical responsibility and a clear route to progress within a growing engineering business.

• Become a technical expert across the company's products, applications and industry
• Support National Sales Managers with technical expertise and customer solutions
• Develop technical specifications, manuals, presentations and sales support materials
• Deliver technical support, training, demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers

• Engineering, Business degree or equivalent technical experience
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; electrical, lighting or manufactured equipment experience advantageous
