Senior Director leading Clinical Data Intelligence & Medical Monitoring Innovation within Clinical Development, focusing on modernizing data review and patient safety oversight through AI and visual analytics.
Responsibilities:- drive digital, automated, and AI-enabled solutions
- collaborate with clinical science leaders and cross-functional teams (Data Management, Biostatistics, Digital, IT, Data Science) to identify needs, develop, and implement scalable tools
- lead change management, training, and adoption efforts
- oversee governance, validation, and continuous improvement
- PhD/MD with 8+ years (or Master's with 12+ years, Bachelor's with 15+ years) of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or clinical environments
- minimum 5 years as a Clinical Scientist with expertise in medical data review, medical monitoring, and clinical trial processes
- advanced knowledge of visual analytics platforms (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau)
- strong technical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
focus on clinical data review, patient safety, AI/machine learning, visual analytics; cross-therapeutic, global hybrid work setup; travel approx. 25%.
The role emphasizes leadership in integrating innovative digital solutions into clinical workflows to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
