Are You the Go‑To Expert for Complex CNC Setups?

Picture this:
You clock in at 2:30 PM in Trevose, PA. The job traveler calls for a tight‑tolerance part with multiple ops. You load the program, set chucks and vises, dial in tool holders and collets, and run a flawless first article. When the cut needs a tweak, you edit the code and keep the run on spec—all while documenting everything for the next shift.

If that sounds like your element, we want to meet you.

What You’ll DoRun work across drill presses, manual mills, CNC mills, manual lathes, and CNC lathes.

Handle complete CNC set‑ups: programs, chucks, cutting tools, attachments, tool holders, vises, collets, bushings, stops, and stock pushers.

Adjust programs and offsets as required to achieve print requirements.

Load/unload raw material and finished parts efficiently and safely.

Verify machine and program settings via position checks, first‑run parts, and sample inspections.

Inspect with calipers, gauges, micrometers, and machinist hand tools; compare results to drawing specifications and company quality standards.

Hold specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting—plus turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing—taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting, adjusting controls, and replacing worn tools.

Document actions and irregularities, communicate continuing needs, and ensure clean pass‑downs across shifts.

Maintain a 5S workspace and a safe environment by following company, OSHA, and EPA rules; use machine safeguards; identify and report hazards; and follow all safety procedures and standards.

Support related duties as required.

Your Background High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
5+ years operating and programming CNC mills or lathes (7+ years preferred).Comfortable reading, writing, speaking, and understanding basic English.

When You’ll Work Second shift, 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM EDT. Your first few weeks will be on first shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM EDT) for training, then you’ll transition to second shift.

Incentive We offer a competitive sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates, based on experience and shift requirements.
