Job Title: Licensed Customs Broker - Mandarin Speaking

• Facilitating the clearance of imported goods through customs.
• Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and laws.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
• Negotiating with government agencies on behalf of clients.
• Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for customs clearance.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth customs process.
• Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Customs Broker.
• Active Customs Broker License is required.
• In-depth knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
• Extensive experience in international trade and customs processes.
• Proficiency in customs brokerage software and technology.
• Strong understanding of global trade agreements and compliance standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
