Customer Service Representative-Homestory Doors of Chicago

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set up new customers in Quick Books and send invoices.
  • Ability to work within Homestory proprietary CRM software.
  • Communicate with customers regarding installation and service call dates.
  • Document customer service calls efficiently and with detail.
  • Uphold customer confidentiality, especially regarding financial matters and identity.
  • Assist Director of Business Development and Business Manager with various projects.
  • Answering phones and responding to text and email messages.
  • Various clerical and office duties
Qualifications and Skills :
  • Strong listening, communicating and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and provide effective solutions
  • Works well with others and helps foster a supportive work environment
  • Comfortable problem solving while also creating an enjoyable experience for our customers
  • Completes tasks on time and can prioritize work
  • Knowledge of Quick Books Online and Microsoft 365
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or office administration

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Ensure documentation is complete and error-free

Work Schedule :
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
