What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ Years of Life Insurance Sales Experience: You must have at least 2 years of previous experience in life insurance sales with a proven track record of success.
• Illinois Life Producer License: A valid Life Insurance Producer License in the state of Illinois is required.
• Bilingual Skills (Spanish/English): Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
• Strong Sales Skills: You’re an experienced closer who knows how to connect with clients and guide them in making crucial decisions about their life insurance needs.
• Exceptional Communication & Relationship Building: You’re able to foster trust and long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized, professional service.
