Transload Manager

As the Transload Manager, you will be responsible for the process, efficiency and growth strategy of the Transload product line.

• Understand and create strategies / programs that impact multimillion-dollar opportunities.
• Utilize reporting tools to monitor progress and develop corrective strategies to achieve company goals.
• Assist with the growth of new and existing customers. A strong focus to develop new customers brought in by STG commercial.
• Develop strong relationships with customers’ logistics Managers and above.
• Understand market trends and industry standards to facilitate spot and year-round pricing.
• Develop ways to improve client portfolio.
• Work with various business units to ensure timely invoices.
• Assists in development of maximizing STG asset equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and / or transportation operations with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
