Maintenance Mechanic – 3rd Shift

• Competitive pay with overtime every week.
• Flexible schedule: 2 days on, 3 days off, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting where your expertise is valued.

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on blow molding machines and automotive manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to maximize equipment uptime.
• Conduct both preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and potential hazards.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following 5S practices.
• Accurately maintain equipment and maintenance records.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support other areas as needed.

• Experience in blow mold and automotive repair within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or accredited apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Commitment to punctuality, safety, and teamwork.

$30/hr – $41/hr + overtime

7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (2 days on, 3 days off)

2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
