Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable mechanic to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of construction equipment used across multiple industries, including concrete pumps and other machines. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mechanical repair, is detail-oriented, and can effectively troubleshoot equipment to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair construction equipment and machinery.

Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on equipment.

Maintain accurate records of repairs.

Assist in equipment setup and calibration for customers, ensuring correct operation.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; certification in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.

Extensive knowledge of diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Experience operating diagnostic tools and software.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple repair projects, and complete tasks on time.

Physical capability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of environments.

Welding, torching, engine repair, Electrical wiring, computer skills, record keeping.
