Shift Patterns- Hours:
5 am to finish (8-10 hours of work) - Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Tuesday and Sunday off)
- 17.00 - 19.25 USD hourly
- Must have over a year of experience leading teams of 10 to 15 people within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations.
- Manage training initiatives and maintain accurate daily headcounts.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP.
