summary

plans, coordinates, and controls all project records and provides administrative assistance to the area office.

essential duties and responsibilities
  • establish job files including job types, budgets, quantities, etc.
  • record, reconcile, verify, and correct quantities on the project
  • track and record daily cost data on all jobs
  • ensure that the estimator’s records and files are current and accurate
  • obtain, administer, and process the issuing of pay estimates
  • monitor change orders and ensure that properly signed documents are obtained and processed in a timely manner
  • coordinate documentation with dot to ensure timely progress payments
  • additional duties/responsibilities as defined by the supervisor

this position has an opportunity for advancement. Seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • associate degree in accounting/business preferred and or one (1) to two (2) years of experience
  • strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • proficiency in microsoft office
  • problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • self‑motivated; ability to work independently
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
