Inter Care is seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician who can evaluate, diagnose, and treat diverse patient populations in a compassionate, ethical, and professional manner, providing comprehensive medical guidance that meets or exceeds standards of care. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to improving healthcare delivery that is patient-centered, safe, and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses.
- Counsel and educate patients about conditions or concerns.
- Promote patient satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
- Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medication.
- Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage treatment plans.
- Provide advice, follow-up, and refer appropriate care to specialists when needed.
- Enter patient information into the EHR system accurately and completely.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
Candidate must have an MD or DO degree, complete Residency, be Board Certified, licensed in Michigan, with DEA and BLS certifications. Prior clinical experience, especially in urgent care or outpatient clinics, is preferred. Must be able to formulate differential diagnoses, develop treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and have excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Physical Demands- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, sit, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Visual acuity for reading and operating equipment.
