Control Engineer

Oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The role involves supervising production teams, maintaining schedules, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and FDA regulations.

• Develops and delivers clear, multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences.
• Champions proactive health and safety behaviors, contributing to an injury-free workplace.
• Applies controls hardware and software knowledge to review, approve, and implement equipment designs and upgrades.
• Implants technologies to link machinery and processes, enabling efficient data transfer, process analysis, and operational enhancements.
• The role is responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations by analyzing processes and implementing improvements.
• Key duties include troubleshooting equipment and process issues, planning preventive maintenance, collaborating with teams to resolve operational challenges, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

• 4-6 years of experience in a related field
• Technical proficiency with relevant software applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships and solve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering preferred.
