This position supports patients in Benton Harbor and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

• Bachelor’sdegree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college/university
• Mustbe a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
• Minimumof one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• Acommitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• Theskills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
