Operating Director

Company Overview: Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in‑home care company, growing to over 350 offices across 43 states in under 6 years. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are expanding across the country and are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

• Act as director, independently managing and leading the branch with corporate training and support.
• Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities from clients, caregivers and partners.
• In‑home Assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: create the workplace of choice for your territory; set your own standard through incentives, motivation, and team morale.

• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Success meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Base salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year + 20% profit share

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Benton Harbor, MI (must relocate before starting work)
