Job Summary
A Produce (Fresh Cut Vegetables) Production Line Worker operates machinery and performs manual tasks involved in processing and packaging fresh vegetables. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to food safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Teamwork ability.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of specific vegetable varieties and handling requirements.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily in a cold (36-45°F), noisy, humid food processing plant.
- May involve exposure to chemicals and allergens.
