Senior Representative, Technician (Goalshare) – Global Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs team, Paw Paw River Technology Center, Benton Harbor, MI. The senior technician provides technical direction in problem‑solving, develops and documents new test procedures, and analyzes product and lab test data to determine root causes.

• Perform evaluations on products and components with general supervision.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently and plan own assignments to meet schedules.
• Record and compile data, maintain accurate records, prepare technical reports, and verbally communicate results and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and documentation of new procedures and maintain laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Construct basic test fixtures as required.
• Train and assist other employees as needed.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of appliance laboratory testing.

• Knowledge of general lab procedures.
• Working knowledge of home appliances and small appliance experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of technologies in mechanical, chemical, electrical, etc. areas.
• Critical thought abilities – ability to analyze test procedure data and make recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic technical equipment and instrumentation knowledge.
