The Store Support associates perform a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations and customer satisfaction. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions help guide customers to store departments or merchandise, respond to product order status questions, handle cash management or program compliance, and support key operational responsibilities to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Individuals in these roles must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, and preferably have little to some supervision. They should be detail-oriented, possess proven time management skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times.
Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Participate in non-sales functions to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in locating departments, answering order status questions, and facilitating the customer experience.
- Support administrative tasks and, when applicable, cash management and program compliance.
- Collaborate with associates, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
- Remain focused on store objectives and operational priorities while maintaining integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and follow directions under supervision or with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience interacting with customers or vendors is a plus.
