. We are hiring for a Detailer (flat rate) position located in Benton, AR. This role includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to produce high quality service.

• Wash the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles with cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery and surfaces.
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect surfaces from spots and stains.
• Might use dyes, paints, and waxes to protect leather or fabric.
• Clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Frequent movement: bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting in/out of vehicles.
• May work outdoors and under varying climate conditions.
• Move numerous vehicles during the shift.
• Use of safe and OSHA approved waxes and cleaners.
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Receive detailed information via oral communication.
• Clarity of vision and hearing.
• Ability to spot small imperfections in own and others’ work.
• Quality inspect own and teammates’ work.
• Work with sense of urgency to value customers’ time.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Quick learner and team player.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer’s vehicle with care and respect.
• Reliability: arrive on time and stay on task.
• Drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Available for Saturday, Sunday, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to report on time and stay on task.

Flat rate compensation.
