• Collaborate with business and market owners to identify key business issues and develop analytical frameworks to address them
• Manage major strategy projects with internal or external consulting resources
• Act as a subject matter expert for Strategic Operations on membership and operational strategy issues
• Provide guidance and performance input to junior team members and may oversee projects
• Develop best practices for analytical frameworks and methodologies in strategy analysis

• Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, or a related field
• 2 years of post‑graduate experience with strategy/management consulting firms or internal strategy groups in healthcare
• 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare
• Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Extensive knowledge of Health Insurance and/or Provider operations
• Experience in operational improvement
• In‑depth understanding of membership, rates, financial, economic, and competitive data
• Knowledge of medical policy
