Responsibilities

Your Role as a Bus Driver:

As a childcare bus driver, you will ensure the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities. In addition to your driving duties, you may also serve as an assistant teacher, working alongside our educators to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your responsibilities include assisting in guiding young learners, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Have the ability to pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED, and hold a current valid driver's license or commercial driver's license. Additionally, completion of a Division-approved Driver Safety training course and a CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
