Flexible 4 or 5 days a week.

• Lead the day with purpose—kick off each morning with a team huddle.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams, and communicate tailored treatment plans.
• Empower your team—delegate effectively to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license, CPR certification, and DEA license (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance license if required by the state.
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Earn up to $325,000–$425,000 per year.
