Required Skills:

• Valid and active medical license in Arkansas
• Active AR DEA certification
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice
• Strong clinical skills and familiarity with NICU Level 2 protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to participate in government payor programs, including Medicaid

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in managing NICU Level 2 patients
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations related to government payors
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years practicing obstetrics and gynecology in a clinical setting
• Experience with government healthcare programs and certifications

Other Requirements:

• Must hold an active Arkansas medical license and DEA license
• Willingness to participate in government payor programs, including Medicaid
• Flexibility to start on or before 01/01/2026
• Successful completion of background checks and credentialing processes
• Availability to work according to assigned shifts, with specific scheduling to be confirmed
