A Childcare Teacher provides a loving and welcoming environment for children and parents, aiming to transform a new generation of children through Christ. The goal is for every family utilizing childcare to feel confident that their child is in the best hands. This position is part-time (seasonal/hourly).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work effectively with children from birth to age 12.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Maintain strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Be a member of Fellowship Bible Church or active in a local church.
• Align with Fellowship Bible Church's mission, values, and beliefs.
• Sign an acknowledgment of policies and procedures for the Childcare Ministry.
• Submit a background check every two years and adhere to the Fellowship Bible Church Childcare training manual.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands include talking or hearing regularly, using hands or fingers to handle objects, and occasionally standing, walking, sitting, or reaching. Must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds occasionally. Visual requirements include close and distance vision and focus adjustment. The noise level is usually low to moderate.
