As the Plant Engineer you will be responsible for providing engineering oversight for all facility operations, equipment and systems. This role oversees site PSM, PHA, mechanical integrity inspections and testing programs and ensures all plant systems and processes meet engineering standards and safety requirements.

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Utilizes knowledge / experience and partners with production and maintenance to improve plant process reliability and develop a preventative and predictive maintenance strategy.
• Maintains and updates site drawings as changes to the site are implemented.
• Coordinates with site management regarding planning and production needs.
• Develops and implements energy cost reduction and efficiency initiatives; partners with plant management or other operational departments to improve overall facility performance.
• Prepares engineering designs and cost estimations of plant modifications or upgrades.
• Supplies technical input on safety issues and standards.
• Supports troubleshooting for operational processes and identified system issues.
• Serves as project manager for capital projects and complex maintenance initiatives that require contractors and supports the development of contractor requirements, process studies and improvement options.
