Location:

Saline Memorial Hospital – 1 Medical Park Dr, Benton, AR 72015

Schedule:

PRN, Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, rotating weekends and 1 major and 1 minor holiday

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary care team. This is your opportunity to make a real difference—empowering patients through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Experience:
  
  Experience in acute or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• License:
  Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR certification required.
