Practice Manager - FLSA:
Non‑exempt - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree preferred - License: CMA, RMA, or CCMA via the AAMA or NHA required
- Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of assigned area or office.
- Under the supervision of physicians or nurses, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
- Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection, monitors changes in patient condition, and documents patient care given.
- Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting; maintains examination areas.
- Perform administrative or clerical duties such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service with patients and teammates.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
