Responsibilities
Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, and we’re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home.
As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population.
The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for a targeted client population; ensuring that delivery of high‑quality and cost‑effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

- Minimum of a Masters Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
- Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE‑I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW).
- A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience is preferred, along with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents and adults preferred.
- A basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
