We have an exciting opening for a Sr. HR Generalist in Benton, AR. This position will be based at our Benton, AR location. The Benton, AR facility has 85 employees spanning both production and office personnel. This position will provide support and services in functional areas of human resources including safety & workers compensation, recruitment, AAP/EEO, HRIS data accuracy (Peoplesoft), benefits administration, compensation & time and attendance, training and development and other employment matters.
Partners with team members and the plant leadership team to drive engagement through HPT (High Performance Teams).
- Interfaces with functional and operational leaders on openings
- Reviews resumes and creates candidate pools
- Supports interview and selection process
- Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle
- Administer routine local training
- Coordination of corporate sponsored training
- Support managers in routine development planning
- Address moderately complex questions by managers and employees
- Responsible for routine employee grievances
- Address questions on compensation and benefits
- Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed.
- Provide remote support to Lithia Springs, GA facility. Some travel required.
- Must have a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline.
- 4+ years of applicable working experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Peoplesoft and Success Factors experience a plus.
- Must have ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Position requires ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form in order to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers employees, and the general public.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute deliverables in a timely manner.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, and keep secure confidential data and records
- 10% travel to company meetings, other locations, recruitment fairs, required trainings, etc.
