Human Resources Manager

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR, that has been providing quality health care to the residents of Arkansas since 1985. Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager (HRM) serves as a key member of the Rivendell Leadership Team. The HRM serves the dual role of employee advocate and management liaison with employees. The HRM must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever‑changing needs of the facility and is responsible for HR functions that include but are not limited to: employment process, recruiting for vacant positions, orientation, training, compensation, and other employee services.

The HRM functions as a consultant with leadership for helping with employee relations matters, follows up on employee accidents, and keeps in constant contact with Corporate Loss Control.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer background and familiarity with recruitment techniques in healthcare.
  • Experience with human resources database software; benefits administration; specific knowledge of the day‑to‑day operation of a Human Resources Department.
  • Employment law knowledge essential.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • 3 years of Human Resources experience.
