• Provide skilled nursing care and support to patients in a behavioral health setting.
• Deliver excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families during their most vulnerable times.
• Collaborate as part of a large network of peer nurses and nursing leaders, exchanging ideas and reviewing current topics within the industry.
• Participate in the residency and transition‑to‑practice programs as appropriate.
• Utilize the network and partnership of medical surgical hospitals, community mental health centers, educational institutions, managed care organizations, local health professionals, and agencies to integrate delivery systems.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Hold an Arkansas RN license or be license eligible (new grads welcome).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors, and staff; maintain a respectful approach toward all patients.
• Preferred one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5–65+ years.
