Assessment and Referral Registered Nurse - Monday through Friday 11pm - 7am
Rivendell Behavioral Health Services, an 80‑bed full‑service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR, seeks an Admissions and Referral Registered Nurse (RN). This full‑time position operates Monday‑Friday, 11 pm to 7 am.
Responsibilities- Render professional nursing care to patients in the assessment and admission process.
- Perform ongoing patient assessment through observation of physical and behavioral symptomatology.
- Document all data accurately in a timely manner.
- Participate in formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implement plans according to hospital policy.
- Communicate pertinent data to other service areas as needed.
- Encompass responsibilities delegated to A & R representatives as regularly needed.
- Operate in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Rules and Regulations of Registered Nurses outlined by the Arkansas Board of Nursing and according to agency operating policies, protocols, and standards.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Hold an Arkansas RN license or be license eligible (new graduates welcome).
- Must possess CPR and Handle with Care/Verbal De‑escalation certifications, which are offered upon hire.
- Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff; work as part of a team with all coworkers maintaining respect for all patients.
