Overall Responsibility:

Purple Cow host team members are responsible for cooperatively working with all team members to consistently provide guests with “Outrageous” service. Host staff are responsible for seating guests, managing wait lists, informing guests of Purple Cow offerings, presenting guests with menus and other sales materials in an friendly, enthusiastic manner with a smile. Purple Cow host staff should have the ability to work positively in a high paced, team environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintaining a clean station
• Greeting and seating of guests
• Rolling silverware
• Answering phones
• Taking guest’s To-Go orders over the phone
• Organizing wait lists

Communicates with:

• Bus staff
• Soda Jerk
• Servers

• Management

Qualifications:

• Strong sense of Guest service and urgency.
• Good Organizational and Multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to stay focused on tasks
• Guest relations
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
