Assistant Manager

• Assist in managing everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Manage a team of 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Ensure products are prepared in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team; during your shift you will manage a staff of 3 to 15 people and motivate others to be successful.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority; you must be a safe, responsible driver with access to a reliable insured vehicle.
• Be a great role model and leader—be punctual and maintain a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
• You are at least 18 years old.
