Salary: $24.04 – $25.96 per hour, target annual salary $50,000 – $54,000. Non‑exempt, overtime eligible.

Responsibilities- Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.
- Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets; leverage Microsoft Power BI data analytics to maximize impact.
- Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
- Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to be equipped to work independently within your assigned market.
- Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term partnerships.
- Effectively manage inventory levels, maintain product accessibility, and report tasks promptly.
- Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s relentless innovation.

- At least 21 years old.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
- Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license of at least one continuous full year in one state.
- Personal vehicle or reliable transportation; valid insurance listing you as primary driver.
- Travel required to/from assigned store locations and occasional air travel; transport of company property may be required.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., using ladders, and handling heavy tools.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and in a retail environment full time.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Multilingual ability preferred in specific markets.
- Formal higher education preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
- Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
- Salary range $24.04–$25.96 per hour (target annual $50,000–$54,000).
