• Base hourly pay + uncapped commissions (earn well without the stress of chasing leads)
• 3–4 day work week so you can go all in on studio days and still enjoy life outside of work
• Pre‑set appointments with eager clients (no cold calling or awkward outreach)
• One‑on‑one client consultations, about 45‑60 minutes each, where you'll guide them through styles, finishes, and size options
• A consultative, story‑driven sales process (no pushy tactics, just real conversations)
• First‑meeting closes (no drawn‑out sales cycle)
• Ongoing training, weekly incentives, and a collaborative, upbeat team culture

• You have experience in luxury sales or with high‑end brands
• You speak with polish, but lead with warmth
