Perform and complete maintenance repair work, alterations, remodeling, minor construction, and check out installation and servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment and building systems;
Negotiate priorities, plan work schedules, complete job assignments, and request orders of needed materials, supplies and parts;
Report daily to the Director of Plant Operations regarding the physical and structural conditions of hospital facilities and the status of work in progress.
