• Overseefinancialreporting,budgeting,balancesheetintegrity,andcompliancewithGAAPandSOXrequirements.
• Independentlyidentifycomplexaccountingrisks,exercisesoundjudgment,anddeveloppracticalbusinesssolutions.
• Leadcross-functionalinitiativesfromidentificationthroughimplementation,ensuringhands-onownershipandmeasurableresults.
• Serveasatrustedadvisor,influencingbusinessdecisions,challengingassumptions,andnavigatingcompetingpriorities.
• Driveprocessimprovements,automation,andtechnologysolutionsthroughdirectinvolvementinanalysisandexecution.
• Partner with Finance and Operationstoresolvecomplexissues ,navigate ambiguity,andbalancebusinessobjectiveswithaccountingintegrity.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Extensive experience in public accounting, financial statement analysis, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, general ledger management, and reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Proven skills in managing internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial audits.
• Effective communication and business relationship management capabilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
