What you’ll do- Executing Strategy:
Define and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, reduce friction, and drive operational improvements. - Leading Projects:
Manage programs from discovery through implementation, working with internal teams, technology partners, and third‑party vendors. - Analyzing Data:
Conduct root‑cause analysis, quantify business impacts, and build data‑driven business cases for change. - Measuring Success:
Track KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and ensure continuous improvement. - Influencing Stakeholders:
Communicate insights and recommendations across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and action.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related.
- Nice to have: 1+ years of experience in supply chain field or related.
- Nice to have:
Background in supply chain strategy, operations, or business planning. - Nice to have:
Experience with SQL, Google Big Query, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00–$. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
