Manager, Program Management

Position: (USA) Manager, Program Management
* Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements that reduce manual touchpoints and increase efficiency.
* Build AI-assisted exception-management rules and automation within platforms such as Service Now, Salesforce, or Airtable.
* Partner with Product Operations to embed governance and access requirements into the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
* Develop and maintain clear partner “purpose” definitions to support consistent decision-making and reduce ambiguity.
* Draft and manage SPAA language, addenda, and documentation to support scalable supplier self-service.
* Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving governance requirements.
* ** Bachelor’s degree
** in business, operations, analytics, supply chain, or related field.
* ** 3+ years of experience
** in partner operations, program management, process improvement, customer success, or similar roles.
* Experience improving or scaling operational workflows or governance frameworks.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using workflow tools (Service Now, Salesforce, Airtable) and Excel/Sheets.
* Ability to simplify complex requirements and communicate clearly across teams.
* Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong relationship-building skills with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
* Self-starter with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Experience in data, SaaS, analytics, retail technology, or ad-tech environments.
* Understanding of vendor onboarding, data governance, third-party risk, or supplier management processes.
* Experience facilitating business reviews or producing insight-based recommendations for leadership.
