. The Enterprise Account Manager will oversee the growth and management of enterprise level client accounts, ensuring that these clients receive top-tier support and guidance. You will work closely with internal teams to secure product launches, strategic execution, and consistent client communication. - Manage day‑to‑day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
- Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution.
- Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance.
- Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise‑level client‑facing roles; marketing or sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with G‑suite tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, and Slack; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client styles.
