The Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Walmart or Target to drive growth and strengthen relationships with key Mass retail partners. This role is ideal for a motivated, strategic sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments and has a passion for building lasting retail partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Mass channel retail partners.
• Execute sales strategies that deliver revenue growth and category expansion.
• Use market insights to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and sales messages.
• Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and customer needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (sales planning, marketing, analytics, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
• Track sales performance and share insights with senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive CPG sales experience.
• Experience with major Mass retailers (Walmart or Target).
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a team-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to analyze market data.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
