Join the Walmart Omni Customer Growth team! Our team’s mission is to build exciting shopping experiences that attract attention and connect with customers. As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of the Omni Experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Understand how customers shop online and in-store, identify the tools and capabilities they need, and use data and insights to grow the omni customer base.
  • Work with cross‑functional partners—including eCommerce, merchant, product, design, marketing, operations, and revenue teams—to deliver customer‑centric initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, applying analytics, market trends, competitor insights, and customer research to guide the organization toward new opportunities.
  • Analyze customer acquisition efforts and customer health through key metrics; monitor operational performance and web analytics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Create data‑driven insights using a hypothesis‑first approach, statistical techniques, and technical data languages.
  • Conduct regular and ad‑hoc analyses, provide comprehensive data stories, and participate in business reviews and presentations.
  • Drive execution of multiple projects, develop and communicate plans and priorities, and collaborate daily with cross‑functional team members.
  • Ensure business and partner needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of plans and initiatives, consulting with stakeholders, and applying suggestions for improvement.
  • Promote and support company policies, ethics, and standards, including the Open‑Door Policy.
  • Lead key operational processes, manage issue intake, and scale best‑in‑class workflows and processes.

Required Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in business or product operations & strategy, process improvement, or related fields.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for delivering complex messages simply.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative problem‑solver, and ability to leverage disparate data sources for comprehensive and actionable analysis.
  • Proven ability to bridge data with business insights to drive relevant, actionable output.
  • Team player who is a self‑starter and thrives in a dynamic, results‑oriented environment.
  • Customer‑centric & curious: passionate about improving the Walmart customer experience.
  • Previous eCommerce or Retail experience; operations or customer experience roles a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ECommerce Merchandising, Site Operations, Business Management, or related area experience.
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area.
  • Additional experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or information technology.
