Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development to drive growth and engagement for our Specialty Pharmacy business. This role will focus primarily on prescriber engagement, building strong relationships with healthcare providers to increase awareness and utilization of our specialty pharmacy services. In addition, the position may support initiatives in payer and trade relations, collaborating cross‑functionally to strengthen partnerships and optimize performance.

- Develop and execute strategies to engage prescribers and expand specialty pharmacy adoption.
- Partner with internal teams to support payer programs and trade relations as needed.
- Leverage data and insights to inform outreach and educational efforts.
The Business Development team is dedicated to creating new growth opportunities by partnering with specialty pharmacy payers, prescribers, and trade partners. Our mission is to expand access, develop innovative services, and reach more patients. The team is structured to capitalize on future growth in the specialty pharmacy industry and plays a vital role in the overall development and expansion of the Health and Wellness business.
Whatyou’ll bring
- Proven track record of working closely with prescribers in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong marketing background with experience in campaign development and execution.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in sales.
- Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Supervisory experience.
- Working with cross‑functional teams.
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
