What to Expect MUST (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and go-to-market approaches in collaboration with sales leaders
  • Manage the sales pipeline and drive achievement of sales targets while fostering communication among Product, Sales, and Specialist teams
  • Oversee customer engagement efforts and ensure teams are equipped to meet customer needs
  • Lead the implementation of product conversions and manage multiple initiatives for program creation and support
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, product development, or sales, including at least 4 years in product sales
  • At least 4 years of experience managing sales professionals, including hiring and development
  • Proven ability to execute sales marketing strategies and manage complex issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience presenting to senior management or C‑suite executives
  • Demonstrated program management skills with a track record of successful initiative completion
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable business presentations
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions
  • Familiarity with communications planning and implementation
