Collaborating with leadership and cross‑functional partners, the team focuses on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence to support strategic goals. Members develop and implement sophisticated models and prototypes, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. As part of Walmart Marketplace, the team plays a key role in accelerating growth and shaping future retail experiences through data and technology, emphasizing collaboration, leadership, and analytical expertise.
What you'll do:

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to support business solutions and drive measurable results.
• Manage end-to-end project work streams, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with strategic goals.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision‑making and business initiatives.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration to deliver consultative analytics solutions supporting business needs.
• Oversee data analysis strategies and guide team members in applying advanced analytics techniques.
