The Workforce Transformationteamhelps Walmarttranslatebusinessprioritiesintoworkforceandorganizationdecisions .Webuildtheevidenceandframeworksthatinformthosedecisionsandmanagethehumansideofcomplextransitions,whetherdrivenbyAI,organizationalrestructuring,orM&Aintegration.
Ourroleistoconnectbusinessstrategytoworkforcestrategyandhelp Walmartevolveitsworkforceandwaysofworkingwithrigor,speed,andcareforourassociates.
- Lead enterprise Speedand Structurereviews ,partnering with
Workforce Intelligence and Insightstoassessheadcount ,spans,layers,ratios,attrition,andotherworkforcesignals. - Coordinateenterprisedeliverables,resolvedataandorganizationalquestions,andsurfacecriticalissuesforseniorleadership.
- Programmanageworkforcetransitions,including timelines,expectations,communications,stakeholdercoordination,andcontingencyplanning.
- ImproveM&Aandworkforcetransitionprocesses,usingoperationalmetrics,customer feedback,andAIwhereappropriate.
- ConnectworkforceinputsintoAOP,LRP,andTotal
Rewardsplanning. - Supportorganizationdesigntools,enterprisestructurechanges,benchmarking,modeling,anddevelopmentofpracticalplaybooksforlarge-scaleorganizationalchange.
- Provenexpertiseleadingcomplex,enterprise-wideprogramsfromproblemdefinitionthroughdecisionandexecution.
- Stronganalyticalandstrategicjudgment,withtheabilitytosynthesizeworkforce,organizational,andbusinessdataintoclearrecommendations.
- Demonstratedabilitytooperateinambiguity,anticipaterisksanddependencies,andadaptquicklyasprioritieschange.
