Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

Role summary: The Senior Analyst, Process Improvement, plays a critical role in evaluating performance metrics and driving data-informed strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement process enhancements, and support organizational change initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business solutions.

The successful candidate will lead projects that simplify processes, ensure compliance, and promote sustainable improvements aligned with business objectives and long-term plans.

About the team: The Process Improvement team enhances Risk Operations by strengthening processes, optimizing workflows, and addressing systemic gaps. Collaborating with Product, Business, and Change Management teams, they align stakeholders, improve documentation, and support intake and prioritization. The team drives consistent execution through process improvement and change initiatives, simplifying and sustaining operations while improving efficiency. Their efforts deliver measurable business outcomes that support Risk Operations’ strategic goals, ensuring operational excellence and effective project implementation across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Partnerwithcross-functionalteamstoclarifyprocessimpacts,align stakeholders,resolve dependencies,andsupportinformeddecision-making.
• Supportimplementationreadinessforprocessupdatesbydefiningrequirements,documentation needs,handoffs,andsuccessmeasures.
• Serveasaprocesssubjectmatterexpertbyprovidingguidanceonpolicies,tools,controls,andbestpractices.
• Evaluatetheeffectivenessofprocesschanges,usingdataandfeedbacktodrivecontinuousimprovement.
